Constructed from corrosion resistant 316 grade stainless steel, the Electrolux Professional 900XP Electric steam jacketed Boiling Pan, has a capacity of 150 litres.
An even, controllable heat is obtained over the cooking surface through the use of the jacketed kettle. The double skinned lid fits snugly around kettle rim, minimising steam and evaporation loss. Additionally, the kettle is fitted with a drawer off faucet, enabling easy removal of cooked product.
