Compact Waterless Woks
Performance meets style in an incredibly compact 800mm deep unit! Ideal where kitchen space is a premium. These feature packed WZ series woks are air cooled, have a one-piece pressed deck, 110mj chimney burners and are available in one, two and three hole configurations with optional side burners.
Chimney burners are designed to be run at full strength and not turned down. Turning burner down may lead to incomplete combustion and sooting.
Single hole wok with Chimney burner as standard. Compact 800mm depth, air cooling, pressed ring, front gutter and quarter turn tap folding laundry arm operation.

| Waterless Wok Trial
A trial conducted by Sydney Water in a busy 200 seat yum cha restaurant produced outstanding results. Operating 364 days a year with an average of 275 covers per day, they replaced one of their traditional water-cooled woks with a waterless unit, complete with an automatic cut-off spout and knee operated timer tap. The results indicate a saving of 6,000 litres of water per day – that’s over 2,000,000 litres per year and $5,000 in water bills! |
