The MD oven series by GAM is a small sized electromechanical oven suitable for those who have limited space and would like to introduce pizza or baked products into the menu quickly, affordably and without compromising on traditional cooking taste and performance.

Using its complete electromechanical controls, this tiny pocket rocket can cook and bake just about anything and is perfect for pubs, clubs, bars and snack venues or those pizzerias requiring a secondary oven for specialty dietary customers.
