How to claim:
The Let's Talk promotion commences on 17 August 2020 and ends on 16 October 2020 (“Promotional Period”).
All Claim forms must be submitted by 31 January 2021. Payment of the Cashback amount will be provided on a VISA debit card with the claimed amount funds included and mailed to the information provided.
Claiming cashback in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Click on email button below to register your product and claim, by completing all the required fields and attaching your receipt.
Step 2: All claims will be reviewed within 14 days, except during public hoidays, such as Christmas and New Year. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Step 3: You will receive an email confirming that we have received your claim OR if additional information is required.
Step 4: Once the cashback has been approved, we will mail your VISA debit card with the eligible cashback value within 7 working days.
To claim your cashback, each claimant must:
a) Purchase an eligible Moffat Product(s) featured on the "Let's Talk" promotion from any participating Australian Moffat Dealership during the Promotional Period and register your product purchase details via the email button link below. Ex-display/ demonstration or trade second products are excluded in this cashback claim.
b) Complete all fields on the official Email Claim Form with the Claimant’s personal information and product purchase details;
c) Attach a clear and legible scan or photo of the fully paid purchase receipt or tax invoice indicating store name, store location, receipt number, date of purchase, model/item purchased and amount paid (“Proof of Purchase”) for the eligible Moffat Product.
The above steps must be completed and submitted by 31 January 2021. Note: The claim process will be turned off from 1 February 2021 and any submissions after this date will not be processed.
Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the Promoter takes receipt of the Claimant’s Claim Form for the payment of the cashback amount to be mailed to you. There might be slight delay during public holidays. The Claimant must ensure all details provided for the payment for the cashback amount are correct. The Promoter will not be responsible for inaccuracies in the information and additional cost incurred with sending the cashback amount to the Claimant.
The Cashback Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
