The WD-PRM Pre-rinse machine for rack conveyor machines significantly reduces the total running cost by replacing manual pre-rinsing. This means that water and energy consumption are dramatically reduced and at the same time allowing the dirty dishes to be sorted more easily and efficiently.
The WD-PRM machines are designed to reuse excess wash water from rack conveyor machines. They are usually positioned by a conveyor connected to a sorting unit. The conveyor passes through the pre-rinse machine and goes on to the dishwasher, allowing the dirty dishes to be sorted easily and efficiently, as no manual basket feed or pre-rinse is required.
The WD-PRM machines rinse the dirty loads with a powerful flow of water at a temperature of around 40°C. The water from the dishwasher usually contains a little detergent. The efficient rinsing system in the WD-PRM removes food residues and has the same effect as soaking during the time that the baskets spend being transported to the dishwasher. This has major benefits, especially when washing dishes with dried-on food. The WD-PRM machines help to keep the washing water clean during long wash cycles, which significantly reduces operating costs and produces excellent wash results.
There are two versions of the WD-PRM: the PRM 60 for straight installation and the PRM 90 for corner installation. Both versions are compatible with all Wexiödisk rack conveyor machines.
