Modular counter gas deep fryer with single stainless steel (304 Grade) ripple base pan, thermostat control, overtemp safety device, piezo ignition, adjustable feet and drain extension. This model comes with two full size baskets and night cover. In addition to the THREE YEAR WARRANTY on this and all Cookon products, we offer a TEN YEAR WARRANTY on the pan, exclusive to the original purchaser (not transferrable).
